1. Introduction

KRUKI Wardrobe ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS mobile application KRUKI Wardrobe (the "App").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Photos and Outfit Data:

• Photos you take or upload using the camera feature
• Outfit names and descriptions you create
• Item categories and metadata you assign
• Weekly planner entries and outfit assignments

All this information is stored exclusively on your device. We do not transmit, store, or backup this data to our servers or cloud services.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We intentionally DO NOT collect:

• Your location or GPS data
• Your contacts or calendar data
• Your device identifier (IDFA, advertising ID, etc.)
• Browsing or usage analytics
• Crash logs or diagnostic data
• Personal account information (email, name, phone number)
• Payment information (handled entirely by Apple via App Store)

2.3 iOS Permissions We Request

KRUKI Wardrobe requests the following iOS permissions. You can decline any permission and still use most features of the app.

Camera Access

Purpose: To allow you to photograph clothing items for your wardrobe.

• Used exclusively to capture outfit photos within the app
• You can decline and manually upload existing photos instead
• Photos are stored only on your device

Photo Library Access

Purpose: To allow you to import photos from your camera roll or library.

• Used only when you explicitly select photos to import
• You can decline and use the in-app camera instead
• We do not scan, access, or view photos you don't explicitly import

2.4 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

We do NOT request App Tracking Transparency permission. This is important:

• We do NOT collect your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers)
• We do NOT track you across other apps or websites
• We do NOT build user profiles from tracking data
• We do NOT share tracking data with advertisers or data brokers
• Your activity in KRUKI Wardrobe is NOT used for targeted advertising

3. How We Use Your Information

Your photos and outfit data are used only to:

• Display and manage your wardrobe within the App
• Enable features like the Weekly Outfit Planner
• Support the Items Library and outfit categorization

We do NOT:

• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for marketing or advertising
• Sell your data
• Use your data for AI training or analytics
• Backup your data to cloud servers

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your iOS device using standard file system encryption (Data Protection class: .complete).

4.2 Data Retention & Deletion Policy

When you uninstall KRUKI Wardrobe:

• All your photos and outfit data are permanently deleted from your device immediately
• We have NO backup copy of your data on any server
• Deleted data cannot be recovered — even by us
• If you reinstall the app later, your data will not be available

We do NOT:

• Retain backups on cloud servers
• Store archives of deleted data
• Offer data export or migration features
• Provide cloud synchronization between devices

Important: Since we have no cloud infrastructure or servers, we cannot recover your data if you accidentally delete it. We recommend regularly backing up important wardrobe photos to your device's Photos app if you want to preserve them beyond the app's lifespan.

4.3 Security Measures

• Your data never leaves your device
• No server-side infrastructure = no risk of data breaches on our servers
• iOS provides automatic encryption for local files
• Camera permissions are controlled entirely by iOS

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

For Premium subscription management, we use RevenueCat to:

• Process subscription purchases through Apple's App Store
• Manage trial and renewal status
• Sync subscription status to unlock Premium features

5.2 Apple App Store

Payments are processed by Apple, not by us. Apple's privacy terms apply to payment processing. We receive only subscription status confirmation (not payment details).

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

KRUKI Wardrobe is designed for users ages 20+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information and terminate the child's account immediately.

6.1 GDPR & CCPA Compliance

KRUKI Wardrobe is designed with privacy-by-default architecture. Users from the European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the following rights:

Right to Access

Your data is stored exclusively on your device. You have direct access to all your photos and outfit data within the app.

Right to Deletion

You can delete your data by uninstalling the app. Since we store no data about you on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete.

Right to Data Portability

We do not offer data export features, but your photos remain on your device as standard image files that you can copy, backup, or share as needed.

No Data Requests Required

Because we store no personal data on our servers, GDPR/CCPA data access requests are not applicable. Your data belongs entirely to you on your device.

7. User Control & Account Management

7.1 User Data Control

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access: Your data is accessible only on your device within the app
• Deletion: Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data with no recovery option
• Export: Your photos are stored as standard image files on your device and can be backed up via iCloud or other means
• Portability: You can export your photos and use them in other apps

7.2 Account Deletion

KRUKI Wardrobe does not require user accounts, email registration, or logins. No account information is stored on our servers. Simply uninstalling the app removes all associated data permanently.

If account features are added in future versions, we will provide an in-app method to delete your account and all associated data from our servers.

7.3 No Data Requests Possible

Because we store no data about you on our servers, GDPR/CCPA data subject access requests are not necessary. Your data belongs entirely to you on your device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
