1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, and using KRUKI Wardrobe ("App") on your iOS device, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
KRUKI House ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal iOS device
- Use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App's source code
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Sell, resell, or redistribute the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, functionality, and code within KRUKI Wardrobe are the exclusive property of KRUKI House and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of photos and outfit data you create
- By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display this content within the App on your device only
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all photos and content you upload
4. Free Tier & Premium Subscription
4.1 Free Tier
KRUKI Wardrobe is available for free with limited features:
- 3 Outfit Categories (Casual, Work, Evening)
- Unlimited photos within those categories
- Basic outfit management and camera features
- Weekly Outfit Planner (view only)
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium features include:
- +9 additional Outfit Categories (12 total)
- Items Library (10 item types for organizing individual pieces)
- Favorites feature
- Full Weekly Outfit Planner with editing
- Additional metadata (coming in future updates)

4.4 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Cancellation: Via App Store Settings → Subscriptions → KRUKI Wardrobe → Cancel
- Refunds: Apple's App Store refund policy applies (typically 14 days from purchase)
- Trial conversion: Paid subscription begins after free trial unless canceled
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes:
- Personal, non-commercial use
- Wardrobe management and outfit planning
- Photography and organization of your clothing
5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App to store or share illegal content
- Upload copyrighted images without permission
- Harass, defame, or infringe on others' rights
- Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the App
- Use the App in violation of local, state, or federal laws
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:
- We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or uptime
- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We do not warrant that all features will work on every iOS device or version
Use the App at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRUKI House is not liable for:
- Loss of data or photos due to app crashes or device issues
- Loss of functionality due to iOS updates
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Any damages arising from your use of the App
8. Data Deletion & Account Termination
8.1 Your Data
Since all your data is stored locally on your device:
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all your photos and outfit data
- We have no backup and cannot recover deleted data
- We do not offer export or migration features
8.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in illegal activity through the App
- You infringe on intellectual property rights
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat's terms and privacy policy apply to subscription processing:
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's terms and conditions apply to all purchases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KRUKI House regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
