KRUKI Wardrobe

Support & FAQ

Everything you need to build, organise and plan your wardrobe.

Getting started

KRUKI Wardrobe is your personal digital wardrobe. Photograph your outfits and individual pieces, sort them into categories, mark favourites and plan what to wear for the week ahead — all in one place.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. You can use every feature straight away.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your photos and information are stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded, collected or shared. Deleting the app removes all of your data.

The 5 tabs at a glance
  • Home — today's plan, your favourites and recent outfits.
  • Wardrobe — all your outfits and items, with category filters.
  • Camera (centre button) — add a new photo.
  • Plan — the weekly outfit planner.
  • Settings — subscription, privacy, support and more.

Adding clothes

You add everything from a single photo — either a full outfit, individual items, or both at once.

  1. Tap the camera button in the centre of the bottom bar.
  2. Take a photo, or pick one from your photo library.
  3. On the Categorise screen choose a Category (to save it as an outfit) and/or one or more Item types.
  4. Optionally add a short Description (up to 150 characters).
  5. Tap Save — it now appears in your Wardrobe.
What's the difference between an Outfit and an Item?

Outfit = a complete look, saved under a category (e.g. Casual, Work, Evening).

Item = an individual piece such as a top, shoes or a bag. Items are a Premium feature.

From one photo you can save an outfit, up to 3 items, or both together.

Which categories and item types are available?

Can I use a photo I already have?

Yes. On the camera screen choose the library option and pick any existing photo.

Is there a limit on how much I can add?

No — you can add an unlimited number of outfits and items. The only limits are: up to 3 items tagged per single photo, and a 150-character description.

How do I edit or delete something?

Open any outfit or item, then use Edit to change its category, type or description, or the trash icon to delete it.

Organising your wardrobe

The Wardrobe tab keeps everything tidy and easy to browse.

Browsing and filtering

Switch between Outfits and Items at the top. Use the filter chips to show a single category or item type, or tap All to see everything.

Viewing a photo in detail

Tap any card to open it full screen. Swipe left/right to move between photos, and pinch to zoom.

How do Favourites work?

Open an outfit or item and tap the heart to add it to Favourites. Favourites appear in their own row on the Home screen for quick access. There's no limit to how many you can save. (Favourites is a Premium feature.)

Planning your week

The Plan tab is a weekly outfit planner — decide what to wear before the week even starts. (Premium)

  1. Open the Plan tab — you'll see Today and the next several days.
  2. Tap the + on any day.
  3. Pick an outfit or item from your wardrobe (use the filters to find it fast).
  4. It's added to that day. Add up to 10 looks per day.
How do I remove something from a day?

Tap the day's photo to open it, then use the trash icon to remove it from the plan (this doesn't delete it from your wardrobe).

The days don't look right / seem shifted

The planner is anchored to today's date and refreshes automatically when a new day begins or when you re-open the app. If anything looks off, fully close and re-open the app.

Premium & free trial

KRUKI Wardrobe is free to use. Premium unlocks the full experience.

What's included in Premium?
  • Weekly Outfit Planner
  • Unlimited outfit categories
  • Items Library (tag individual pieces)
  • Favourites

Free users can save unlimited outfits across the 3 free categories.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

New subscribers get 7 days free. Tap Start Free Trial on the paywall and confirm with your Apple ID. You won't be charged during the trial.

If you don't cancel before the 7 days end, your subscription renews automatically at the standard price. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
  • Select KRUKI Premium → cancel or change your plan.

You can also reach this from the app: Settings → Manage Subscription.

I paid before — how do I restore Premium?

On the paywall (or in Settings) tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used originally.

Camera & troubleshooting

The camera is black or says access is off

KRUKI Wardrobe needs camera permission to take photos. Open your iPhone Settings → KRUKI Wardrobe → Camera and turn it on. You can also tap Open Settings from the in-app prompt.

Zoom and selfie

Use the zoom buttons on the camera screen (available zoom levels depend on your iPhone's lenses). Tap the flip icon to switch to the front camera.

My photos or plan disappeared

All data is stored on your device. It's kept when you update the app, but it is removed if you delete the app or use Clear Wardrobe in Settings. We recommend not deleting the app if you want to keep your wardrobe.
